We ship via UPS ground, 2ND day air, Next day air, Next day air - Saturday, FedEx, Common Carrier Truck Lines, DHL, Emery express, Emery worldwide, US Postal Service, Airborne, Commercial Airline Freight, and any other way we need to to accomplish delivery of your parts when you need them. We accept major credit cards, honor established accounts, ship C.O.D., and ship on pre-payment terms. We inventory all replacement parts for the equipment we manufacture and most other common parts used in the industries that we serve.
A well staffed, factory trained technical center is on hand to help solve any equipment or equipment related problems with all of the products we manufacture. From answering simple questions to helping solve what seems to be the most complex issue, our team of service and support technicians are standing by to assist. If your problem requires that we go to your location, we go to your location. Anywhere in the world.
Our World Training Center is in place to provide proper factory training to your employees on how to use, maintain, service and repair your Keith Huber, Inc. equipment. Training is available for one single employee or your entire company either at our facility in beautiful Gulfport, Mississippi or at your location anywhere in the world. Training cost is very reasonable and each attendee receives a certificate of completion in the area he or she has been trained.
A full complement of repair services are available at our facility in Gulfport, Mississippi. Factory trained repair technicians can perform services as minor as a bulb replacement and as comprehensive as a complete unit refurbishing. Retesting of any KHI tank for certification compliance, pump rebuilding, diagnostic repairs, electrical, hydraulic, fabrication repairs and more are offered. A preventative maintenance inspection program can be arranged for your KHI equipment. The KHI Repair Center is also available to perform repair work at your location anywhere in the world.
Keith Huber, Inc. offers full studio production capabilities for the production of your company video. Our available video services include filming, script writing, voice over, editing and mass production of your completed project. The KHI Media Center also offers graphic design, layout and printing services for your company brochure, flyer, mailer or advertisement. KHI Media Center equipment includes Avid digital video suite, broadcast camera equipment, scanning, Mac and IBM computer systems with print media output in a variety of forms including Quark™.
Our Engineering Center has full capabilities for design, production and output to shop prints for your special project. With our on staff Professional Engineer (PE), we have the capacity to perform design and integrity calculations including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and we are equipped with state-of-the-art computer aided drawing tools.
KHI offers leasing of our standard production equipment. Our leasing program can be designed to allow a large percentage of your lease payment to be applied to the purchase price of the equipment with our lease to purchase program. If you do not own any equipment manufactured by Keith Huber, Inc., our Leasing Center offers you the opportunity to use our equipment before you make your purchase.
